1. For newly purchased genuine leather chairs, first dampen a towel with clean water, wring it out, and wipe away dust and dirt from the surface. Then, lightly apply a leather conditioner to the surface one or two times (do not use conditioners containing wax). This forms a protective film on the leather surface, preventing dirt from penetrating the leather pores and making future cleaning easier.

2. Avoid scratching the leather with sharp objects.

3. Avoid getting oil stains, ballpoint pen ink, etc., on the leather chair. If stains are found on the leather, clean them immediately with a leather cleaner. If you don't have a leather cleaner, you can use a clean white towel dampened with a small amount of alcohol to gently wipe the stain, then wipe it dry with a slightly damp towel, and finally apply a leather conditioner.

4. For daily care of genuine leather chairs, simply wipe them with a wrung-out damp towel. Clean the chair with a leather cleaner approximately every 2-3 months, or use a household vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the leather surface.

5. To extend the lifespan of the leather chair, avoid letting children jump and play on the sofa, and prevent sweaty skin from directly contacting the leather.

6. Place leather chairs 5-10cm away from the wall to ensure ventilation.

7. Avoid direct sunlight on leather chairs. If your living room is frequently exposed to sunlight, consider rotating the positions of several leather chairs periodically to prevent noticeable color differences. In humid areas, you can expose them to weak sunlight from 8 am to 10 am for one hour each day for seven days, approximately every three months.

8. Use a leather-specific conditioner regularly. When using, apply a small amount multiple times to the surface. After the conditioner dries, buff with a dry, soft cloth to prevent the leather from drying out or fading.

9. If the leather gets stained with soft drinks, treat it immediately. To prevent water and sweetness from penetrating the pores, use a leather-specific saddle soap with a sponge, applying in circular motions towards the center, then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
